Transport Infrastructure Management Limited is the executor for the Management, Operation and Maintenance (MOM) Agreements for the Tsing Ma Control Area (since its inception in 1997) and the Tsing Sha Control Area (stage I of which was opened on 21 March 2008). The two Control Areas comprise a total of over 35 km of road network with landmark structures including the world-renowned Tsing Ma Bridge, Kap Shui Mun Bridge, Ting Kau Bridge, Cheung Tsing Tunnel as well as Sha Tin Heights Tunnel, Eagle’s Nest Tunnel and the to-be-opened Nam Wan Tunnel and Stonecutters Bridge.
These two contracts are demonstrations of the world's largest road transport privatizations. Over 1,000 staff are deployed to provide round-the-clock services to motorists of the two Control Areas.
