Mack & Co. Carpark Management Limited was incorporated in October 1992 to undertake car park management and operation, and it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited in 1997.

Mack has extensive experience in management and operation of multi-storey car parks. As one of the major operators in Hong Kong, Mack is currently managing 50 multi-storey car parks including those owned by the The Link, Transport Department and the Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course Carpark, totaling 23,000 parking bays.
