SHKP wins fifth platinum Trusted Brand award

Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) believes in ‘building homes with heart’ and has built a respected brand by offering the finest properties and comprehensive service. It is also dedicated to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility and participating in community programmes. SHKP won a top platinum honour for the fifth year running in the latest Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand awards, and was the only developer honoured in the poll.

Top developer for five straight years

Reader’s Digest has been running the Trusted Brand awards for over ten years. It commissioned Synovate to poll consumers in different Asian countries and regions in October 2009 for the latest awards, asking them unprompted to rate their preferred brands for trust and credibility, quality, value, understanding of customer needs, innovation and corporate social responsibility. SHKP outscored its nearest rival by threefold to win the top platinum award for the fifth year in a row. The wide margin of victory shows people’s trust in SHKP.

Keeping the brand strong

SHKP Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Patrick Chan was pleased with the honour, and said: “We would like to thank consumers for their support and recognition of our long-running commitment to lifting the quality of properties, service and brand.
