Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) announced today (June 26) that it will collaborate with the Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA) to create artistic living environments for discerning residents of its Sky One low-density luxury development atop Tung Lo Wan Shan in Sha Tin. Sky One is Hong Kong’s first residential project crafted as a premium designer hotel with the finest materials and facilities.
Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Senior Sales and Marketing Manager Allen Woo said: "Sky One is a perfect example of our concept for a new generation of luxury residences. The planning, design, materials and décor are the best. We are working with GoMA to offer a personalized art consultancy service with dedicated professional advisers who will integrate residents' artistic tastes with their living environment. Residents will be able to turn their homes into private art galleries."
GoMA's Chief Art Consultant Jini Yu said: "We're pleased to join SHKP in this project to provide personalized art consultancy service, implementing our idea of 'Real Art with Style and Living' in daily life and offering a special premium service for people with an eye for fine art. Our professional art consultants will communicate with Sky One residents to understand their interior design plans and their taste, and suggest the most suitable art pieces to accentuate the artistic environment in their homes. One-stop service such as delivery and installation will also be provided. We hope that with this joint endeavor, we can create superb living environments for Sky One residents and help nurture a fondness for fine art in the community."
Mr. Woo continued: "Our goal with the GoMA personalized art consultancy service is to make Sky One a showcase of architectural and artistic achievement, while satisfying the needs of residents and making Sky One a leading luxury residence."
In addition to the personalized art consultancy service, Sky One residents will also get a GoMA gold membership entitling them to privileges including discounts, reservation priority on limited-edition art pieces, invitations to GoMA private exhibitions and more.
About Sky One
Sky One is the second phase of Peak One at Tung Lo Wan Shan in Sha Tin. The low-density development will have nearly 100 studio and one- and two-bedroom units, plus five duplexes and four houses. It is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of next year, when it will redefine gracious living with appealing interiors and exteriors, full clubhouse facilities, attentive service and more. The developer has invested HK$400 million to build a road that connects directly to Route 8 so that the journey to Central takes only 15 minutes and just 11 minutes to ICC at Kowloon Station and Tsim Sha Tsui.
