Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) announced today (June 26) that it will collaborate with the Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA) to create artistic living environments for discerning residents of its Sky One low-density luxury development atop Tung Lo Wan Shan in Sha Tin. Sky One is Hong Kong’s first residential project crafted as a premium designer hotel with the finest materials and facilities.

Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Senior Sales and Marketing Manager Allen Woo said: "Sky One is a perfect example of our concept for a new generation of luxury residences. The planning, design, materials and décor are the best. We are working with GoMA to offer a personalized art consultancy service with dedicated professional advisers who will integrate residents' artistic tastes with their living environment.
