About Sky One
Sky One is the second phase of Peak One. The development is in a prime location atop Tung Lo Wan Shan in Sha Tin. The project will have nearly 100 studios and one- and two-bedroom units, plus five duplexes and four detached houses. It is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of next year. Sky One is designed like a designer hotel, blending art with its architecture and interiors in a unique style. The low-density development is set to redefine gracious living with appealing interiors and exteriors, top-quality stone external walls, full clubhouse facilities, exquisite service and more. The developer has invested HK$400 million in building a road that connects directly to Route 8 so that the journey to Central takes only 15 minutes and just 11 minutes to ICC at Kowloon Station and Tsim Sha Tsui.
