Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) revealed the main design features of its Sky One low-density luxury residences atop Tung Lo Wan Shan in Sha Tin to the media today (May 13). Sky One will blend with the environment and feature top materials and vertical greenery to offer an exclusive lifestyle to residents.
Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Executive Director Victor Lui said: "Sky One is being developed like a designer hotel blueprint, with creative planning and architecture to offer residents the finest homes and lifestyle. It will have many special elements befitting a low-density development, like the Hong Kong's first vertical greenery on the external walls that connects to the garden terrace on each floor, costing HK$5 million. This will virtually bring greenery closer to the doorsteps of residents."
Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Senior Sales and Marketing Manager Allen Woo said: "Sky One will have three residential zones each with its own splendid views and maximum privacy. There will be studio and one- and two-bedroom units on offer. Units will have open kitchens and Hansgrohe shower panels, and studio units will have 3.3m-ceilings (about 11-foot) offering spaciousness and elegance."
An unprecedented design of about 90% of the Sky One site given to open space and landscape will ensure maximum privacy for residents and a carefree, tranquil lifestyle. High-quality marble external walls, stone lobby floors and art displays will add to the elegance and modern ambience.
About Sky One
Sky One is the second phase of Peak One. The development is in a prime location atop Tung Lo Wan Shan in Sha Tin. The project will have nearly 100 studios and one- and two-bedroom units, plus five duplexes and four detached houses. It is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of next year. Sky One is designed like a designer hotel, blending art with its architecture and interiors in a unique style. The low-density development is set to redefine gracious living with appealing interiors and exteriors, top-quality stone external walls, full clubhouse facilities, exquisite service and more. The developer has invested HK$400 million in building a road that connects directly to Route 8 so that the journey to Central takes only 15 minutes and just 11 minutes to ICC at Kowloon Station and Tsim Sha Tsui.
