SHKP names Peak One phase two Sky One
Modern luxury living a cut above

8 May 2009

Sun Hung Kai Properties announced today (8 May) that it will call the second phase of its Peak One luxury low-density residential project atop Tung Lo Wan Shan in Sha Tin "Sky One". The development will offer an exclusive lifestyle rivaling luxury on The Peak, with architecture, top materials and unmatched service to appeal to sophisticated buyers.

Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Executive Director Victor Lui said: "Peak One attracted high interest when it was released last year. The prime site has beautiful natural surroundings, and special landscaping and architecture design will provide maximum privacy. Excellent layouts, top materials and deluxe interiors also contributed to the remarkable sales response of the first phase, with the majority of the units bought within ten days. The momentum should continue with the second phase Sky One offering a luxury lifestyle."

Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Senior Sales and Marketing Manager Allen Woo said: "Sky One refers to the distinctive qualities of the second phase. Sky denotes a cut above the rest, while One suggests the only and top unique architecture to be found in Hong Kong luxury homes."

About Sky One

Sky One is the second phase of Peak One. The development is in a prime location atop Tung Lo Wan Shan in Sha Tin. The project will have nearly 100 studios and one- and two-bedroom units, plus five duplexes and four detached houses. It is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of next year. Sky One is designed like a designer hotel, blending art with its architecture and interiors in a unique style. The low-density development is set to redefine gracious living with appealing interiors and exteriors, top-quality stone external walls, full clubhouse facilities, exquisite service and more. The developer has invested HK$400 million in building a road that connects directly to Route 8 so that the journey to Central takes only 15 minutes and just 11 minutes to ICC at Kowloon Station and Tsim Sha Tsui.
