Sales drew high interest
The development sold very well, with 70% of the 200 units in towers one to four going on the first day. The site is about 650,000 square feet and the gross floor area is about 1.2 million square feet. There will be 627 units in 11 low-density towers of 15 to 23 storeys and nine luxury villas. Units will range from about 1,400 square feet to 6,500 square feet, with three bedrooms in typical units and four bedrooms including en suites in duplexes. Some penthouses will even have rooftop pools. The diversity of layouts will meet different needs.
Fully-equipped twin clubhouses
The Arch in Huadu will offer the exquisite lifestyle. The indoor Versailles Club and outdoor Seine Sunshine Club will take up about 22,000 square feet and offer full facilities including a nearly 10,000-square-foot swimming pool, gym, library, restaurants, children’s playground, dance studio and audio-video room. Greenery and the water features will take up nearly 550,000 square feet. The Group’s Hong Yip Service Company will provide first-class service.
Green living with sky gardens
A deluxe show flat was opened recently as part of the marketing campaign. It measures around 3,800 square feet and has four bedrooms with en suites, living and dining rooms with ceiling of around 21 feet and private lift and lobby for maximum privacy. A sky garden of around 1,100 square feet will add a green dimension as befits a prestigious mansion.
Good accessibility with central location
The development is in Huadu District at the Northern Gate of Guangzhou, with full amenities and good transport connections. Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is just a 12-minute drive from the site and the city centre 40 minutes away. It is a ten-minute walk from the Huadu Plaza station on the Route 9 subway, which is expected to open in the near future.
