The Latitude is near a station on the planned MTR Sha Tin to Central Link and will be a new residential enclave and shopping destination in Kowloon East. The five towers will contain 1,159 flats in a wide range of sizes and layouts including scarce four-bedroom units. Most units will have views of Victoria Harbour and the future cruise terminal at Kai Tak. The development will also include a trendy shopping mall 'Mikiki' designed to offer an innovative shopping concept. Its advantageous location and top design and finishes made it a market focus when it went on sale.
