The Group encourages its staff to maintain a healthy balance between work and outside pursuits. It presents interest classes on things like health care, swimming, yoga, tai chi, gardening and cooking, and provides a counseling hotline and lunchtime classes. Staff can also take ample, paid personal leave for a variety of reasons.
The Group organizes activities for staff and their families including picnics, hikes, games and dinners.
The Group also cares for the holistic personal development of its staff. It encourages them to take part in charitable activities and has a volunteer team to help the needy in the community. The team now has over 2,400 members.
