The SHKP Club was the first property club in Hong Kong when it was established in 1996, and it now has over 300,000 members. The Club is a bridge for two-way communication between SHKP and the community and it has built long-term relationships with members by offering family-oriented service and activities that promote loving homes and domestic harmony.
The Club provides advance information about new SHKP developments, organizes show flat previews and property offers and provides shopping incentives for members. It established a new category of Star membership in 2005 to reward buyers and tenants of SHKP residential developments with a variety of exceptional benefits to build loyalty. The Club also collects feedback from members through different channels, to help understand customer needs and steer enhancements to SHKP’s products and service.
