The SHKP Club was the first property club in Hong Kong when it was established in 1996, and it now has over 310,000 members. The Club is a bridge for two-way communication between SHKP and the community and it has built long-term relationships with members by offering family-oriented service and activities that promote loving homes and domestic harmony.
The Club provides information about SHKP and offers shopping incentives and various activities for members. It established a new category of Star membership in 2005 to reward buyers and tenants of SHKP residential developments with a variety of exceptional benefits to build loyalty. The Club also collects feedback from members through different channels, to help understand customer needs and steer enhancements to SHKP’s products and service.
