ICC New Year’s Eve LED countdown to 2012

International Commerce Centre (ICC) was spectacularly lit up in a New Year countdown to welcome 2012 for the first time, alongside the pyrotechnic show by other skyscrapers ringing Victoria Harbour.
The LED display on the building façade counted down the last ten seconds to midnight and then showed 2012 and Happy New Year messages with special firework graphics. The LED façade rising to 490 metres above ground is the highest in the city. ICC at Kowloon Station is the tallest building in Hong Kong and was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, and forms a magnificent Victoria Harbour gateway with International Finance Centre on the opposite shore.
