Shanghai IFC Mall wins grand gold in ICSC Asia Pacific Shopping Centre Awards
Shanghai IFC Mall has won a gold grand prize at the International Council of Shopping Centres Asia Shopping Centre awards in the Design and Development: Innovative Design and Development of a New Retail Project category. The mall was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP).
The International Council is the premier global trade association for the shopping centre industry, and the awards recognize the most modern malls, innovative solutions and creative responses to market trends and outstanding examples of design and development around the world.
Shanghai IFC Mall won for its cutting-edge design concept, distinctive, creative development and luxury positioning. Innovative market positioning, well-crafted retail mix and theme design were keys to its success. The mall exemplifies style and sophistication with an impressive array of top luxury outlets in its six levels in the heart of Shanghai.
