The Group believes that individual efforts contribute to its success as an organization. Staff who earn favourable performance reviews can receive salary adjustments and attractive bonuses. Internal promotions are used as far as possible as that staff can progress as their experience grows.
There are various awards to recognize good staff performance including Quality Raising Suggestion Scheme, Work Safety Suggestion Scheme, Best Handover Quality Award, Safety Award Scheme and Long Service Award. They are given out by the Group’s management at annual dinners with acknowledgement of the winners on the Group intranet and in internal publications.
