The Group entered into a joint-venture agreement to build a top residential / commercial complex on this prime site in Chengdu. The total gross floor area will be around 14 million square feet, comprising premium residences and serviced apartments, first-class offices, a five-star hotel and a high-end shopping centre featuring international retailers. It will be situated above a metro station linking the new line 2 and the proposed line 8. This will offer added accessibility to the complex and help transform the district into a thriving new financial and business centre.
